Who am I to be a coach?

With over 25 years of experience as an educator, district leader, and mentor, I’ve spent my career helping people move forward, whether in school, work, or life. I’ve worked across teaching, curriculum leadership, career education, STEM, and coaching, with specialized training in Universal Design for Learning, inquiry and project-based learning, attachment styles, and trauma-informed practice.

But what matters most is this:
I understand how easy it is to feel stuck, behind, or unsure of what’s next and how powerful the right support can be in changing that.

I work with motivated young adults (18–25) who are ready to stop spinning and start moving. Together, we focus on:

  • getting clear on what you actually want

  • breaking patterns that keep you stuck

  • building confidence and self-trust

  • creating real, sustainable change using brain-based and practical strategies

My approach blends evidence-based coaching and ADHD coaching, brain science, and somatic awareness to help you understand yourself on a deeper level and actually use that insight to move forward.

As a certified F.I.T. LIFE Method Coach and Mentor, I also lead group programs and support coaches-in-training. My work is grounded in inclusivity, Indigenous-informed perspectives, and creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and challenged to grow.

I’m also a parent of two young adults taking very different paths, which gives me a real-world lens on both sides of this transition for young adults and for the parents supporting them.

If you’re ready to stop second-guessing yourself and start building momentum, let’s talk.
